In order to serve the industry Franchising, Mazars has developed a package of secretarial services:
- Preparation of the company´s Articles of Incorporation and register at the government authorities;
- Registration at the State Department of Finance - SEFAZ;
- Register at City Hall and obtain a License of Operation;
- Obtain authorization for Printing Taxable Documents (AIDF);
- Registration for the INSS and CAIXA;
- Registration with Health Surveillance;
- Registration of the sign from the store;
- Preparation and register of all updates / amendments required in the company´s Articles of Incorporation;
- Opening, maintaining and closure of branches;
- Support in the process of implementing electronic invoicing, given the particularities of the laws of each state; and
- Approval of a request to use and cessation of issuing tax receipts (ECFS).
