Italo brings more than 20 years of experience in valuation corporate finance/consulting services, acquired in Big4, and  national consulting companies.

Specialist in valuation of companies for diverse purposes (investment funds mark-to-market, transactions, impairment tests, fair value, etc.), valuation of intangible assets (PPA); economic and financial feasibility studies; valuation of alternative assets such as biological assets;. Extensive knowledge of IFRS / CPC.

Developed and provided training for professionals in the Financial Advisory area, related to business valuation and asset valuation issues, training more than 800 professionals.

In his career, developed extensive knowledge in various sectors such as financial services companies, health, retail, paper and cellulose, IT, ports, agribusiness, among others.
