Brazilian agribusiness played a fundamental role in the country's economy in 2023, accounting for 23.8% of the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This significant share highlights not only the robustness but also the indispensability of the sector for Brazil's economic stability and growth. The agricultural sector occupies 10% of the Brazilian territory, but its impact goes far beyond the land area it uses.

Despite these numbers and the critical importance of the sector, agribusiness faces significant challenges, especially regarding public perception and the hiring of qualified talent. How has the sector been dealing with these challenges?

In the latest edition, Sala de Negócios Podcast spoke with Orlando Mansur Pereira, CFO and Commercial Director of Usina Santa Terezinha, bringing the company's experience and their views on the Brazilian agribusiness market.
